Location: Orlando, Florida
Project Overview: Archis served as the General Contractor and Master Systems Integrator for a complete office buildout at a 1,650 sq. ft. property in MetroWest.

Our team managed the entire process—from interior renovations to the full planning, design, and installation of all technology systems. This included:

Structured cabling infrastructure
A custom Fortinet phone system tailored to client needs and budget
Security and access control systems with individual key card access
Video surveillance using PoE switches and Alibi cameras
Selection and setup of office furniture, hardware, and software
Ongoing managed IT support and helpdesk services

The goal was to deliver a turnkey business-ready space, combining modern office functionality with secure, fully managed technology—ready for tenants to move in and start working.

Radio Frequency Testing for Public Safety & School-Based Communication

Location: Orange County, Florida

Project Overview: Archis partnered with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) to assess in-building radio frequency (RF) coverage across 200+ school facilities. The goal was to ensure reliable communication for first responders and school staff. We conducted comprehensive RF testing to evaluate signal strength used in emergency and daily operations. Our final deliverables included:

Floor-by-floor layout drawings
Testing methodology and metrics
Compliance findings
Recommendations to improve weak or non-compliant coverage areas

Cell Network Testing for Voice, Data & 911 Services - Greater Orlando Area

Location: Greater Orlando Area
Project Overview: Archis partnered with Crown Castle International to perform network testing for the Sprint mobile network across the Greater Orlando Area. Our role focused on checking that mobile devices could connect to the network, place and receive calls, and access high-speed data reliably. We tested voice and data features to ensure everything worked as expected, including emergency calling capabilities (E911).

All testing was carefully documented and reported to confirm network quality and support public safety standards.

Public Safety Communications - American Tower Corporation

Location: Lecanto, Florida
Project Overview: Archis worked as a subcontractor under SmartLink to support American Tower Corporation with the design and testing of in-building DAS and Wi-Fi systems for the Speedway facility in Lecanto, FL.

Our team conducted walk and drive testing, evaluated network performance, and coordinated with construction and engineering teams to finalize system design and optimization. We also prepared cost evaluations and worked on multiple wireless systems including ION-B, ION-M, ION-U, Corning Mobile Access, JMA, and TE.

Project Overview: Archis supported the Ticket Lobby Program at Orlando International Airport by providing project management and technical support across multiple teams.

Our responsibilities included:

Tracking and managing communication and power equipment assets
Assisting contractors with the transport and installation of UPS systems in communication rooms
Coordinating with media and IT teams to locate, install, and verify servers, displays, and UPS units
Supporting system commissioning and daily operational tasks

Through active coordination and hands-on technical support, Archis helped ensure smooth implementation of critical systems in one of the airport’s most active zones.

Project Overview: Archis provided radio communication system design and support services across several Walt Disney World properties, working as a subcontractor under Crown Castle International.

The project included Distributed Antenna System (DAS) work for:

Disney Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC)
Animal Kingdom (Morpho area)
Hollywood Studios (Muppets area)

Our team supported the full process—from signal testing and equipment calibration to system optimization and final verification. This included indoor and outdoor testing throughout resorts, roadways, and parking areas to ensure clear, reliable communication for emergency responders and park operations.

Project Overview: Archis provided supply and installation services for 72 sphere concrete bollards across 10 Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) Middle School campuses.

Our team managed the complete process—from delivery and site preparation to placement, alignment, and secure installation. The bollards were strategically positioned to enhance pedestrian safety and restrict unauthorized vehicle access, ensuring long-term durability and protection for each campus.

Project Overview:

Archis was contracted for the tenant buildout of The Drake Restaurant, delivering a complete electrical installation tailored to the needs of a modern, high-end dining space.

Scope of work included:

Installation of 400A 120/208V Distribution Panel
Power and branch circuitry for restaurant equipment
Electrical connection to HVAC systems and commercial kitchen appliances
Installation of light fixtures and advanced lighting control systems

The project was executed with attention to detail and efficiency, ensuring that the restaurant met code compliance, energy efficiency goals, and high design standards essential for hospitality environments.

Overview: Archis was selected to deliver a turnkey installation of a 3000A 480V 3Ø Distribution Switchboard for CKS Packaging’s production facility in Orlando, FL. This critical upgrade supports increased operational capacity and equipment demands.

The scope of work includes electrical circuitry and infrastructure to support:
